Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. For changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file, and the funds will be donated to a local animal shelter.
Late Arrivals We value your time and want to provide you with the best care possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure your treatment can be completed properly. In this case, a $150 cancellation fee will apply. Our providers’ schedules are in high demand, and last-minute changes make it difficult to accommodate others who are waiting. Thank you for understanding and helping us provide exceptional care to all our patients while respecting our team’s time.
Refund Policy At Enhance, we’re dedicated to delivering the best possible results for every patient. Please note that all services and treatments are non-refundable, as outcomes can vary from person to person. If follow-up appointments include touch-ups, these are included, but any additional treatments to achieve desired results will be priced separately.
Children Policy We adore children, and their safety is our top priority. To ensure a calm and relaxing environment for you and all our patients, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare before your visit. This allows you to fully enjoy your time with us without any worries.

Pet Policy We love animals, but for the health and safety of everyone, we ask that you leave your pets at home during your appointment. If you need to bring a service animal, we kindly request valid documentation to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for you and everyone at Enhance.
